This is simply a good exercise for distilling useable wisdom from your life so far.
Why?
Because
We’re not good at identifying what’s important for life in the future, but we certainly recognise it from the past.
In this week’s episode of the WISER podcast, I explain a little exercise you can do that helps you decide what’s really important in life based on your own experiences and perspectives to date.
Ask anyone what they’ve learned about life and they all have something they can pick out. And guess what? It’s from lessons learned as a result of what’s happened in the past.
These are probably things we wish we had known sooner.
Now, what if we could harvest these valuable lessons and use them to improve our future?
