Listening well is not a gender problem, it’s just a problem.

One of the most important relationship skills is communication.

Not just any communication, but caring, curious and patient communication.

And the key is to improve your listening ability.

I’ve taught effective listening and clearly conveying ideas for 25+ years in both the corporate and professional service worlds.

And I can confidently say that despite interest in this key area, in my opinion, few truly master the art of good listening.

And it affects their relationships, their clarity, and their outcomes.
